Are from: Inside story

Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva returns to power for a third presidential term.

With that said, the third time is the charm.

For newly sworn-in Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, his third term is an opportunity to take his country in a new direction.

So is this a new dawn for Brazil? And what challenges remain for its chairman?
