The back row of Uncapped Scarlets Josh Macleod has been named to start as one of six Wales shifts to face Georgia on Saturday.
Head coach Wayne Pivac was due to announce his squad on Thursday, but opted to confirm the team two days early as Wales look to follow a close win over Argentina on Saturday with a win over The Lelos in Cardiff .
As well as Macleod starting in 8th place, there are comebacks at the back for Josh Adams wing, center Owen Watkin and outer half Rhys Priestland.
Up front, Ben Carter in the second row and Jac Morgan in the back were also brought in, after it was confirmed on Monday Wales will be without winger Dan Lydiate (arm) and lock Will Rowlands (shoulder) due to injury.
Wales have won just three Test matches out of 10 played in calendar year 2022 so far.
