Video: Here’s a Reinvented Fear Effect Trailer, Coming Soon

We feel like we’ve been waiting forever for the original Fear Effect to return, ever since the remake Fear Effect Reinvented was announced for the Nintendo Switch in 2017.
As you may recall, this version of the action-adventure title will have the same “spirit and atmosphere” as the original PlayStation game from 2000 but will include “significantly improved” visuals, which fine-tuned controls and many other cool extras.
The Sushee development team and publisher Forever Entertainment have now released the first trailer – mentioning that the game will “come sooner than you think” on Switch and many other platforms. Here is the back story:
“Wi-Ming Lam, the daughter of the boss of the Triads in Hong Kong, has been kidnapped. Play as a trio of mercenaries: Hana, Glas and Deke, and try to find the missing girl.”
Fear Effect Reinvented will be split into three separate campaigns, including a modern third-person camera (as can be seen above), a hidden combat system, and survival horror elements. Additionally, there will be items to collect, puzzles to solve, and three difficulty modes to beat.
