‘Vanderpump Rules’ Reunion Recap: Raquel Exposes Sandoval’s Lies

Big news, everyone! Raquel Leviss obviously capable of expressing human emotions after all.
Tonight’s super big conclusion Vanderpump’s Rule season 10 reunion witnessed the first confrontation between Ariana Madix, Tom Sandovaland Leviss. It was an A+ performance by Madix, who spewed more visionary insults than I could follow—including some insinuations to adult Harry Potter fans. (Sorry, but I love it!) Sandoval doubled down on the gross and cried a lot. To give her credit—if she has anything left at this point—Leviticus displayed 20 times more remorse than Sandoval in her 30-minute span than he did in all three seasons. of the meeting. And Lisa Vanderpump won’t stop interjecting!
But first, let’s get into the “big reveal” that executive producer Alex Baskin And Andy Cohen tortured us for weeks. In the end, it’s not a real bombshell, rather some clarity about the origins of Leviss and Sandoval’s love affair and where they are now.
Like many fans had guessed — and Madix talked about this entire reunion — Sandoval apparently coached Leviss on what to reveal about the affair, including where they had sex, when the point where they started having regular relations and where they went on vacation. together. At the end of the TV show, we see a recorded Leviss confession six days after the reunion was taped, where she tearfully sheds light on some bad romance blunders. her and Sandoval’s.
“For me, it’s important to tell the truth,” she said, smiling nervously. “I think I lied, and I lied the whole time. I don’t want to lie anymore.”
So what are these lies that Leviss needs to clear up? First, Leviss confirms what we’ve all heard from several actors on various podcasts, that she and Sandoval met at Scheana Shay’s wedding in Mexico while he was drunk. She also refuted Sandoval’s claim during the reunion that they hadn’t taken a trip to their hometown of St. Louis in December. Cut to a photo of the couple in front of a monument in the city, December 29, 2022. She also seems to be hanging out with his mother.
She also revealed that she asked Sandoval if she could be the “complement” in his and Madix’s relationship, but he dismissed the idea.
Then we come to the most accursed of all these revelations. While Madix was away from home to attend his grandmother’s funeral, Leviss and Sandoval had sex at their home. Once it was revealed during the season that Leviss slept in Sandoval’s house — and Sandoval made up about 10 different stories about it—it seems certain that these two did the act. But hearing Leviss say this — and more importantly, against Sandoval’s wishes — felt a bit groundbreaking.
“This is the only story that we have agreed to clarify,” she said. “And I know the reason Tom wants to lie about it is because it sucks to hang out with someone’s boyfriend when they’re out of town, to some kind of funeral.”
“This damn thing is killing my soul,” Leviss continued, now completely sobbing. “I’m tired of lying. I hate it. I hate to be lied. It’s horrible.” The screen went black while we heard her sobs.
While this may not be the earth-shattering news we were expecting, this final segment is still quite interesting — not because of what Leviss says, in essence. Instead, it’s the first time we see her break free from her giggling, emotionally empty personality throughout this movie and really vulnerable. She even admitted that she feared that she would have no one to replace if she lost Sandoval. It seems the reality of this situation has finally come upon her, and she has awakened from her lover’s brainwashing. We’ve heard from people, like Tom Schwartz, that Leviss and Sandoval’s relationship has… “toxic.” And it looks like this pitching game is officially no longer Julia Roberts romantic comedy that she may have had in mind.
Aside from this chilling ending, we spend most of the final part of the reunion watching Madix slander Leviss, while she remains mostly calm and offers decent apologies. but to no avail. In a moment of heated conversation, after Madix repeatedly told Leviss that she was “nothing,” Leviss left to wipe away her tears and drink some water before returning to be taken in by the whole act. screaming tablets. It’s both worth it and a bit nauseating to watch.
Despite being Sandoval’s lawyer by profession all this time, Vanderpump suddenly wanted to scold Leviss. Even Cohen seemed less sympathetic in his questioning to her than Sandoval. (I wonder why!)
However, Sandoval doesn’t miss the chance to look like the most asshole of the night between the two of them (because he is). At one point, the group revealed that Sandoval slept with another woman in Chicago in January while he was sleeping with Leviss. Sandoval denied this before Madix reminded him that he had sex with she at that time. Then the mustached demon replied sarcastically: “She’s wearing a t-shirt. It’s extremely hot.”
Even Sandoval’s biggest supporter Schwartz has to give up at this point and tells Sandoval he’s gone too far. (Of course, Vanderpump is quiet!) Luckily, for Madix—and Katie Maloney—her ex just gave her a great idea of some new items. Currently both are selling one “Fuck Me In This” T-shirt on the website Something About Her will probably make them a million dollars. You go, ladies!
Either way, this whole ordeal ends with Sandoval trying to wipe away his tears and offer a sincere apology to Madix. (Perhaps don’t blame the victim because your partner isn’t hot enough with you a few minutes before you need to express regret!) Madix says that, unlike him with her, she doesn’t wish he’s good, which makes Vanderpump start to cry.
Well, after three months of indulging in nonstop headlines and Deuxmoi advice, #Scandoval has finally come to an end. One might assume we won’t see Leviss on TV any time soon, which is probably healthy.
Unfortunately, Sandoval still has some businesses to run—and attention to survive—so maybe we’ll see those hideous white nails again. No matter who returns next season or where this show takes place next, everyone is doing great! Thanks for this brain-melting story!
