Valorant 6.00 patch introduces Lotus map, reintroduces split after tweaking

The next major patch for Riot Games’ first-person tactical shooter Valorant is out now, and the update will add two new battle-ready languages, a brand new language, and a new language. reworked for better balance.
The new map is called lotus flowerwhich is the ninth map introduced since the game’s launch in June 2020. The map has an Indian aesthetic and will feature three main areas like Valorant’s Haven map.
Split will return to the map pool with the addition of Lotus, and two maps will replace Breeze and Bind in competitive and unranked matches. Split has received numerous tweaks since its launch in Valorant’s closed beta, including a drop in the Mid platform for all players as well as minor tweaks on both sides of the map.
The Valorant 6.00 patch will also fix over a dozen bugs, 10 of which focus solely on playable Agents. For instance, Killjoy’s Lockdown ability will take damage from all other abilities, while Sova’s Hunter’s Fury will no longer damage an ally’s Fade’s Haunt.
Valorant is now available to play for free on PC. Xbox Game Pass for PC owners can unlock all playable Agents by linking their Game Pass account to their Riot account.
