New York Mets Vase Jacob deGrom was back in top form today. He hit 12 shots in 5.2 innings as he and his team won the best Atlanta Braves 5-2. Domination from this mound helped the Mets beat the Braves for the fourth time in this five-game streak.

They seem to be hitting a stride of their own. But if there’s any team that can consistently beat the Dodgers, it’s the Mets.
With deGrom and Scherzer’s starter games, they have the potential to prevent any violations. With closer superstar Edwin Diaz looking invincible, any late-game lead for the Mets would be near insurmountable.
The New York Mets ran the business against the Atlanta Braves. Without a doubt, they will look to build on that momentum.
