Sharon Osbourne called the cause of her hospitalization in December “strange” after tests failed to identify the reason for her fainting.
Presenter of UK current events TalkTV appeared on the show for the first time since her hospitalization and holidays on Tuesday. While there, she talked about what the doctors hadn’t found during her few days in the hospital.
“It was a strange thing. I was filming when all of a sudden [passed] out for 20 minutes, and I had to be hospitalized,” she said. The TV personality said that she and her medical team at the hospital did “every test for two days and no one knew why” she was ill.
Osbourne added that she was taken to one hospital and then transferred to a second, where she was examined to determine what happened. While revealing details of the incident, the TV presenter said she’s happy to be back and otherwise “fine”.
“So glad to be back @thetalkuk!” she wrote in the caption of Tuesday’s Instagram post. “We chatted briefly about my holiday trip to the hospital. Although it is still a mystery, I feel great and ready to talk!”
On December 16, EMS employees responded to a medical emergency involving the longtime music manager and talk show host at the Glen Tavern Inn in Ventura County, California. The incident happened while Osbourne was filming the family’s Travel Channel series The Osbournes: A Night of Terror, according to her son Jack. On December 18, Jack shared an update on her health status.
“She was well informed by the medical team and is now home,” Jack wrote in an Instagram story, expressing appreciation for the “love and support” of others. for his mother.
A day later, Osbourne shared a photo of the family’s Christmas tree on her Instagram, along with the brief message: “Go home and do well! Thanks for everything ❤️.” She did not disclose any further details about the health-related incident.
