Rune Factory 6 And Spin-Off ‘Project Dragon’ Officially Released

One of the highlights of the Marvelous rollout earlier today was the official reveal of the tentatively titled new game. Rune Factory: Project Dragon. Rune Factory 6 was also announced along with it.
This new spin-off in the fantasy lifestyle series is set in “Eastern Lands with a Japanese aesthetic” – brand new to the series. Project Dragon’s general producer is Tsukuda Kenichiro, producer is Fujii Hisashi and director is Shiro Maekawa. Here’s a bit about it from the series director:
“Players have never been able to visit these lands, as the games only vaguely mention that such a place exists. Until now! Players will eventually be able to explore the country. this east!”
“In Project Dragon, the adventure will take place in a completely new setting with Japanese-styled characters and settings… we’ll deliver a unique experience from the main series. Expanding time based on familiar elements like your daily life -daily life, adventure and romantic pursuits…dragons will be important to the story”

As for Rune Factory 6, this is clearly the next main entry in the fantasy lifestyle series, with a new adventure set in the western continent of Adonea. The logo is all that has been shown so far:
