While I expected them to be smaller, I don’t know how small these earrings really are. Because they’re so small, I really had a hard time removing the accessory’s back clasp, as the earrings were too small to hold properly – and with acrylic nails it’s even more complicated. If you are someone who likes to have longer nails (whether real or acrylic), then I would recommend avoiding these earrings as there is no way you can get a good enough grip on the accessory as they are too small. Plus, you’ll want to stash them in a jewelry box or somewhere you won’t lose them — the few times I drop them or leave them out of sight, I literally have to crawl across the floor to get them because they’re so fragile and hard to spot.

Another thing that was noted by reviewers is that the metal bar of the earrings is much shorter than in other styles. While I personally don’t see this as an issue with my ears, other shoppers have admitted that they struggle with getting their ears pierced through the piercing, possibly because their earlobes are thicker. I found that the napping earring went into the first earring on my lower earlobe more seamlessly (probably because it was the softest and thinnest part of my ear), while the piercing into my second and third earrings required a bit more wiggle to achieve the perfect fit.
