Five-Star Recruit Peyton Bowen transferred his commitment to a third school in just over 24 hours.
Bowen, a safety student from Guyer High School in Denton, Texas, originally committed to Notre Dame in January. Then, on Wednesday, Signing Day, Bowen moved to Oregon.
