According to recent data compiled by Climate Crisis Research, a quarter of the United States could be in danger of an “extreme heat belt” by 2053.
@People reports, First Street Foundation, a climate crisis research organization, has released suggestive findings that in just 30 years, more than 1,000 counties in the United States are expected to experience temperatures in excess of 125 degrees Fahrenheit. These counties equate to about 107.6 million Americans that will be affected, or in part current US population.
