Proud mother curls 3-year-old daughter’s hair and shares video on TikTok, dividing users
Three days ago, on TikTok, there was a picture of a mother curling her three-year-old daughter’s hair in a beauty salon. The video was shared by user @flambingo, who listed her identity as a 23-year-old mother of one in her account bio.
The video was shared on Saturday and has garnered more than 468,000 views. As well as 22.3 likes.

The video begins with the mother showing the three-year-old girl sitting on a chair styling her hair at the salon. The hairstylist can be seen applying chemical straighteners to the child’s hair.
The video then shows people washing and washing the baby’s hair with shampoo. From there, the child returns to the styling chair. And the hairstylist apparently applied another product, possibly conditioner, to the three-year-old’s hair.
Then, the stylist proceeds to divide the hair into sections and style the girl’s hair into braids.
The video then switches to a three-year-old girl showing off her seemingly extra-long braids to another woman. The video ends with the child waving at the camera.

The clip has attracted more than 3,000 comments. And undeniably leaves viewers divided in their stances. Some users questioned why the mother decided to curl her daughter’s hair at such a young age. While others have shared their understanding of her decision.

The 23-year-old mother took the time to respond to some of the comments. And defended his decision to perm his three-year-old daughter. She responded to a comment saying that she is 23 years old with “head full of RELAX hair”. And another, saying her decision was a “last resort”.
Honestly, this is kind of a last resort, it doesn’t hurt if you go to the right people and know how to maintain it
