Oklahoma City man charged with knowingly spreading HIV


According to authorities, an Oklahoma City man was charged with knowingly spreading HIV, OKC Fcow report.
Earnest Lacour is being held at the Oklahoma County Jail and is charged with three counts of spreading an infectious disease.
Authorities claimed that a woman first posted on social media and claimed that the defendant intentionally spread the disease. As a result, many women have made similar claims.
Police said they obtained Lacour’s records showing he was diagnosed with HIV in 2019.
A woman diagnosed with HIV went to the doctor with Lacour.
According to court documents, one of the women who tested positive for HIV went to the doctor with Lacour. The woman told police she knew Lacour knew he was HIV-positive when she found out he had been given HIV medication that day without a blood test.
This 30-year-old man is being kept with a $500,000 deposit.
