He began his surgery journey in December, with a total of $81,000. However, considering his experience with “being judged or not accepted,” Dynzell is willing to pay the price.
“I was always a very shy, reserved kid and was always afraid to be myself for fear of being judged or not accepted.”
Specifically, Dynzell noted that he was inspired to have the surgery because of lingering memories of being rejected as a teenager because he was “too short and too young.”
“In my teens, I was rejected by a girl I really liked, and although she found me attractive, her excuse was that I was too short and too young for her.”
While rejection occurred during his teenage years, Sigers said he “clinged to” it and was always self-conscious about his height.
“I cling to that and always consider my height before approaching women, which often causes me to miss opportunities.”
He said that the recovery process was “smooth” despite walking twice
Due to his insecurities, he “reserved” [his] Immediate appointment” when he heard about the leg lengthening surgery, informally dubbed “BBL for men.”
“I’ve been looking for different ways to get taller for years, but never had any realistic options. I discovered the method of lengthening the limb and booked an appointment right away.”
In fact, to increase his height by 7 inches, he went to Türkiye for the procedure twice. He also had to learn to walk again after both surgeries.
However, Dynzell Sigers says the process was “smooth” and totally worth it.
“My recovery went very smoothly… I had to relearn how to walk twice, but both times it didn’t take long.”

How is “male BBL” performed?
As The Shade Room previously reported, the recent popular surgery was described by social media users as “BBL for men”.
According to Penn Medicine, the procedure is made possible through “controlled stretching over a period of time.” This is achieved by inserting a “magnetic extension rod and pin” into the bone, which will be lengthened at a rate of “0.5 mm a day”.
