Perhaps one of the most obvious options for grocery delivery, GrabMart is Grab’s daily on-demand delivery service.
GrabMart can be found on the Grap Superapp. Here you’ll find various grocery stores, including Jaya Grocer, which Grab acquired earlier this year.
For those in a hurry, GrabMart has a “30 Minute Grocery Delivery” section where you can get free delivery of your family’s needs and essentials quickly.

Dubbed “your pocket supermarket”, Jocom is a Malaysian grocery mobile application that enables MSMEs to sell groceries and household products online as its purpose is to help online grocery shopping more accessible.
The app charges a flat delivery fee of RM6.50 and delivers anytime from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Formerly known as Nak Beli, BELI e-Mart is a joint venture of MyEg that offers optional Grocery Credit (G-Credit) packages. Depending on the plan level you choose, you’ll get a certain amount of credits that you can use to buy your groceries.
BELI e-Mart users will typically receive their order in two days if the order is placed before the daily closing time of 2pm. On the day of delivery, the customer will receive a text message that includes the ETA of the delivery.

Even the most loyal HappyFresh users have to look for other places to buy their groceries.
Thankfully, there are quite a few e-groceries out there, although the majority of them are primarily based in the Klang Valley.
Currently, HappyFresh Malaysia seems to have only a handful of HappyFresh Supermarkets operating, while all deliveries from partner merchants are unavailable, as we learned on September 9.
It remains to be seen what happens to HappyFresh in the coming months, but until then, these alternative forms of grocery delivery might be worth a try, if you don’t want to go back to shopping in person.
