LG Electronics announced its 2023 TV lineup with a range of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) TVs using AI processors.

They come with self-illuminating image quality, powerful image processing technology, and an enhanced webOS platform that provides more intelligent features and services. The company made the announcement ahead of the CES 2023 technology trade show in Las Vegas.

While AI is already pervasive on TV these days, it reflects a trend in which everyday products with AI deep learning technology integrated change every year and continuously improve products.

LG is recommending the TV to gamers because LG’s self-illuminating OLED TV has a 0.1 millisecond response time, low input lag, and up to four HDMI 2.1a compatible ports. The LG OLED TV is also equipped with a Game Optimizer, allowing users to quickly select and switch between game-specific features, such as game genre display presets. You can also easily access settings for G-SYNC Compatible, FreeSync Premium, and variable refresh rate (VRR) from the Game Optimizer.

LG OLED says the latest TVs can deliver outstanding picture quality, producing vivid, accurate colors with deep blacks and infinite contrast ratios for lifelike images.

LG OLED TVs are designed to blend into the wall.

Leading LG’s 2023 OLED lineup are the latest evo Z3, G3 and C3 OLED TVs. These new, upgraded models offer greater brightness and color accuracy as well as clarity and detail thanks to LG OLED evo technology and the new α9 AI Gen6 Processor.

The latest Alpha series processors use LG’s most sophisticated AI-powered deep learning to ensure better picture and sound quality. AI Picture Pro offers improved upscaling for better clarity and enhanced dynamic tone mapping, which shows depth and detail in every frame.

AI Picture Pro also integrates image processing technology that detects and refines important subjects, such as people’s faces, to give them a more realistic HDR quality. In addition to fine-tuning image reproduction, the α9’s 6th Generation AI Processor also supports LG’s AI Sound Pro; a feature that helps viewers get caught up in the on-screen action by delivering 9.1.2 virtual surround sound from the TV’s built-in speaker system.

Another significant upgrade applied to this year’s evo G3 OLED series is LG’s Brightness Booster Max technology, which combines a light control architecture and a light enhancement algorithm to increase brightness by up to 70%. . Brightness is mapped and controlled on a pixel-by-pixel basis, resulting in sharper, more realistic images.

LG’s G3 OLED evo 2023 models also boast an aesthetic upgrade through the introduction of a Seamless One-Wall Design. This leaves no visible gaps when mounted on the wall.

LG OLED TVs are designed to be better for the environment, from production to disposal to create sustainable cycles. LG’s OLED TVs have no backlight, which means that each TV requires less material to manufacture than conventional LED TVs. They also use many components made from recycled plastic and are shipped in eco-friendly packaging made of recyclable materials and single-color printing. Easier to see for viewers, all LG 2023 OLED TV models have been TÜV Rheinland certified flicker-free and low blue light by UL Solutions.

LG has been making evo OLED TVs for a decade.

LG OLED also introduces a refreshed, more personalized user experience in 2023. With the latest version of webOS, this year’s models feature All New Home, a redesigned user interface (UI) offering offers more convenience and personalization options.

The new Quick Card gives users easy access to the content and services they use most – all grouped into streamlined categories like Home Office, Games, Music and Sports . LG’s more advanced WebOS makes it easy for any TV user to enjoy personalized recommendations tailored to their own preferences, determined based on viewing history and viewing habits.

Enhancing the personalized user experience on LG OLED TV is AI Concierge, which provides each user with a curated list of content choices based on their previous search and usage requirements, and provide a selection of trending content for them to browse.

Designed for the ultimate home cinema experience, LG OLED TV continues to support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos picture and sound enhancement. This year’s LG TVs offer seamless integration with LG soundbars, delivering superior multi-channel surround sound with enhanced IMAX quality powered by DTS:X. The LG TV and soundbar also combine to provide the Wow Orchestra3 feature, which leverages the audio channels of both products to create more immersive sound.

LG’s 2023 OLED models support many HDMI 2.1a-compatible features. They are also the first TVs to be certified by the HDMI organization for the recently announced Quick Media Switching VRR (QMS-VRR). QMS-VRR can eliminate the temporary “black screen” that sometimes occurs when switching between content played from different source devices connected via the TV’s HDMI 2.1a compatible port.
