with Community Day with Chespin Scheduled for this weekend, Niantic has officially revealed details about the first Pokemon Go Community Day Classic of 2023, which will highlight the Pokemon Rock Skin, Larvitar.
Pokemon Go Community Day Classic will take place on June 21 from 2pm to 5pm local time. Larvitar will spawn more often during this time, and any Larvitar that evolves into Pupitar and then into the final Tyranitar form during the event will learn a special Quick Attack called Smack Down.
This event will also unlock additional rewards for participating trainers, including the duration of the Incense and Lure Modules being increased to three hours, as well as triple exp every time a Pokemon is caught. .
Like previous events, a unique Special Study themed around Larvitar will be available for purchase in the Pokemon Go app. Tickets will cost $1 and completing quests will give players an extra chance to catch Larvitar along with other rewards.
Pokemon Go is now available to download for free on both iOS and Android devices.
