US President Joe Biden on Wednesday vowed to increase support for Ukraine and praised its resistance to Russian invaders as he welcomed President Volodymyr Zelensky to the White House.
“We will continue to strengthen Ukraine’s self-defence, especially air defense,” Biden told Zelensky, who thanked the American leader “for your tremendous support.”
