HBO’s House of the Dragon Releases Blu-ray and 4K DVD in December

By HBO Game of Thrones prequel, Dragon’s House, coming to Blu-ray and DVD soon. Starting December 20, fans can purchase one of three hard copies to watch the first season of the show. This release marks the first time the series has become available to watch on a platform other than HBO Max.

Dragon’s House will be available in three physical versions. First, there’s a limited 4K Ultra HD collectible version of Steelbook (including Blu-ray) starting at $59.99. Then there’s a 4K Ultra HD standard version with Blu-ray for $49.99. Finally, there is a standard DVD version for $44.98.

Each edition features all 10 episodes of the first season of the HBO series, plus over an hour of extras, plus two completely different new feature films. The 4K Ultra HD or Blu-ray version will also let buyers buy a digital copy, but only in the US. Dragon’s House To be available to stream on HBO Max in 4K With Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio, the 4K Blu-ray clone will still deliver the highest quality audio and video possible for home viewing.

Dragon’s House end of the first season on Sunday. HBO got a second season, but we don’t have it yet Official release date for the second season. Co-creator George RR Martin has said that the current plan is for the entire series to work four Seasonswith each season consisting of 10 episodes.
