Happy Holidays from Nintendo Life
T’is here, the most wonderful time of the year!
Yes, Greetings of the Season to all of you lovely people. Pick yourself a drink, feel good and ready — it’s party time! If ‘party’ means you’re sweating profusely and wish you hadn’t said ‘yes’ to that fifth mince pie or similar marshmallow.
2022 is already a year, that’s for sure! A 365-day period filled with ups and downs, the unexpected, and the inevitable — and thankfully a lot of great video games. Whatever console(s) you’re on, it’s been a great year for gamers, and 2023 looks pretty bright too. Of particular interest we are a new brand Zelda, of course, as well as Mario’s second foray into the world of cinema. Despite his rough history with the medium, we’re cautiously optimistic about this hilariously titled name. Movie Super Mario Bros.. The fingers pass!
That’s all to come, though. Right now, we’re sitting on the carpet looking at the potentially festive Switch menu. A variety of shader games last week which means we not only have a backlog to review, but also brand new releases like the long awaited one Sports story to dig in. That will be a wonderful day.
Whatever you’re up to in the coming days, whatever you’re celebrating, all of us here at Nintendo Life wish you and your loved ones the very best for the holidays. Have the most merry Christmas, the happiest of the Hanukkahs, the best of the Kwanzaas, umthe funniest of the Festivals and generally a great time for whatever celebration you choose.
Oh, and Enjoy your game! Shall we start using it as a catchy new seasonal greeting?
