First day at work and John Fetterman has a different outfit
John Fetterman officially became Pennsylvania’s newest young senator on Tuesday, an event calling for love Carhartt The politician wears a new suit: charcoal gray, double buttoned, with taper trousers. His navy and light blue striped tie accentuates the icy blue (save!) the dress his wife, Gisele, wore while standing next to him when he was sworn in.
Acquiring some new topics is pretty standard practice for starting a new job, although it’s especially prudent if you’re Fetterman, who wore a hoodie and shorts during the campaign. nominated and claimed, until very recently, to be the proud owner of exactly one (1) suit. Now, according to Fetterman’s chief of staff, Adam Jentleson, the senator even “plan to buy more.”
Three more days to the new year and we are witnessing the dawn of a new era for this “God of American Taste.” Luckily for us, no all of Fettermans wear suits.
“For those of you asking, yes, there will be a Fetterman in shorts today, but not me,” Fetterman tweeted on Tuesday. Instead, it will be his 13-year-old son, Karl, who accompanied his dad to DC wearing a pair of khaki shorts with a white button-down shirt and some Nike sports jackets. Bold stuff of the kind we’ve come to expect from his dad — especially in January.
That said, we believe Fetterman will find a way to bring his short passing style to DC. Thom Browne on the horns?
