Cast Across the Spider Universe Karan Soni – The Hollywood Reporter


Karan Soni is crossing the universes. Actor, known for his work in Deadpool movies, is jumping into Marvel’s animation business with a voiceover role in Spider-Man: Crossing the Spider-Man Universe, hollywood reporter confirmed.

Soni will voice Pavitr Prabhakar, an alternate universe version of Spider-Man known as Indian Spider-Man. News once first reported his casting.

Through Spider-Verse is the sequel to the 2018 Oscar winning film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. It once again voices Shameik Moore as Spider-Man/Miles Morales and Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen. Sony has the feature set to launch on June 2 during the dense summer movie season.

Soni plays taxi driver (and Deadpool’s friend) Dopinder opposite Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool And the dead 2. His voice work includes Demon World Tour And Strange World. The actor is represented by the CAA and 3 Arts Entertainment.
