Bif Naked will appear on camera in a new documentary about her life and career co-directed by Coporation, group.
The Canadian alt-punk rock artist, who is best known for the hits “Spaceman” and “I Love Myself Today,” has signed up to participate. Bif Naked: One of a Kindwill air on Super Channel as part of the original selections in early 2024.

The producers say the film will explore the obstacles faced by the musician, born Beth Torbert, who was orphaned in New Delhi before moving to Canada.

Director Jennifer Abbott, whose previous films include the 2003 study of capitalism Coporation, group and its 2020 sequel, will lead the project.
Abbott describes herself in the announcement as “a fan” who decades ago was drawn to the singer’s “explosive vocals, fierce spirit and determination to chart her own path.” me.”
The singer previously revealed her past in her 2016 autobiography I’m Bificuswhich explores her experiences with misogyny and drugs in the music scene, dealing with sexual assault and surviving breast cancer and many other health issues.
