Alex Jones’ Lawyer Accidentally Leaked ALL OF MY PHONE CONTENTS TO Sandy Hook’s Parents’ Attorney!!
Alex Jones received the shock of his life on Wednesday while he was being cross-examined in an ongoing defamation trial in Texas.
As you may know, the controversial right-wing media moderator and conspiracy theorist was kicked off by several parents of the children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school tragedy. to sue. This week, he is standing, and on Wednesday, he is facing an unbelievable attack due to a completely unexpected and horribly damaging mistake by his own legal team. .

While Jones was interrogated by Mark Bankston (pictured above, right), the attorney for the plaintiffs in the case, the attorney released a text message Alex sent about the Sandy Hook school shooting and related conspiracy theories. The lawyer explained to Jones that the message came directly from the radio host’s cell phone – and he also explained to Jones how he got it in the first place!
While Alex sat with his mouth shut, Bankston went in to explain: Jones’ attorneys messed up and mistakenly sent him the ENTIRE contents of his cell phone less than two weeks ago. Then, when Bankston’s team informed their opposing attorneys of the mistake, Jones’ attorneys… did nothing?!?!?! And so Bankston was able to use the phone as evidence in court on Wednesday!
Bankston said:
“Twelve days ago your attorneys made a mistake and sent me an entire digital copy of your entire cell phone along with every text message you’ve sent over the past two years – and when notified, has not taken any steps to determine it is privileged or protected. “
Oh my God!
That’s important because, during the pre-trial hearing of the case, Jones testified under oath that he had previously searched his phone for text messages about Sandy Hook. While deposed at the time, he told lawyers he couldn’t find any text messages about Sandy Hook.
But now we know for sure it was a lie. Because Bankston proved it in court with Jones’ own phone records!!
Bankston joins the attack with his cross-examination:
“That’s how I know you lied to me when you said you didn’t have any text messages about Sandy Hook. Do you know this? “
Jones, who stuttered and stuttered when he handed the phone to his lawyer, replied:
“I guess this is yours Perry Mason interval.”
But the TV reference won’t fly.
Bankston replied:
“You know what perjury is, don’t you?”
Jones replied:
“I agree. I mean, I’m not a tech guy.”
Oof.
Not great, Alex! Still, great for the rest of us. F**k this guy!

He spent a lot of his testimony lamenting being a “typographer” as a conspiracy theorist regarding his apparent views on that tragic shooting. He says now that the footage is “100% real” and that it actually happened (no, Sherlock). But that’s not enough considering the damage he allegedly libel has done to those grieving families over the years. Not to mention how it helped shape the politics we all are in now!
Oh good. This f**k-up phone couldn’t have happened to a worse person!
It’s especially funny because this is the kind of thing Alex Jones would probably say his team did this on purpose if it happened to anyone else! You know, tinfoil hats and all… THE IRONY.
