8 ways to beat stress at work

When stress hits you during the workday, it can mark the end of your productivity. The next day, you have twice as much to do so the stress remains and a vicious cycle ensues. Break the cycle with these 8 techniques to reduce stress at work.

1) Allow yourself to rest

A lot of us believe that if we just work hard every minute of the day, we’ll get more done. Science has proven us wrong and found that when we push ourselves to our limits, productivity drops and stress increases. You’re better off scheduling around 90 minutes of focused work and then taking a short break. Keep you on track with a leather living room in your office. After 90 minutes of work, you can sit or even lie down during the recovery period and get the spirit out of your work records.

2) Find the balance
